During his 14-year tenure as head of the undergraduate and graduate graphic design departments at the renowned ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California, Nik led a faculty of 50 in creating a revolutionary transmedia curriculum by fusing print, packaging, motion, and visual interaction design.
Nik also founded ArtCenter's European satellite studio, Testlab Berlin, where he continues to foster future-forward collaborations, cultural immersions, and transdisciplinary learning experiences for students coming from California.
